Project Management Intern

As a Project Management Intern you will support Client Directors in coordinating branding and design projects, working closely with project teams to keep things on track. With a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail, you’ll help manage timelines, communication, and documentation. Most importantly, you bring curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn, gaining hands-on experience and growing your skills as you take on more responsibility.

• Support Client Directors in managing projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to agreed standards.
• Assist with coordinating productions and implementations, gradually taking ownership of small independent projects as your skills grow.
• Act as a supporting point of contact for internal teams, helping organize tasks, allocate resources, and keep projects on track.
• Help gather project requirements, maintain accurate project documentation, and facilitate clear communication between teams and clients.
• Track budgets and timelines under guidance, developing the ability to identify risks early and flag potential challenges proactively.
• Help with other internal tasks and admin activities.
