Junior Client Manager

We're now looking for a Junior Client Manager to join our Helsinki studio.

Helsinki studio – mainly on-site, with some remote flexibility per company practices

Requirements
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.

- Previous experience in project coordination or client management.
- Demonstrated examples (from work or personal projects) of learning new skills or processes to achieve results.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English, written and spoken.
- Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to explore and learn how to use them effectively.

As a Junior Client Manager you will coordinate and manage brand roll-out and production projects, while supporting Client Directors on larger assignments. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you ensure communication is clear, documentation is in order, and projects run smoothly and on time. You bring curiosity, adaptability, and a positive mindset, paired with the ambition to grow, take on more responsibility, and build your career with us.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage your own production and implementation projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and within scope.
- Manage larger or more complex productions and implementations in collaboration with Client Directors.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, keeping projects organized, correctly resourced, and on track.
- Gather project requirements, maintain project documentation, and support smooth communication between teams and clients.
- Track project budgets and timelines, proactively flagging risks or challenges.
Additional things we like
- Previous work experience in creative agencies.
- Experience in scoping, planning, and resourcing projects.
- Experience with content management systems and an understanding of packaging production are considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Figma and Adobe programs.
