We're now looking for a Junior Client Manager to join our Helsinki studio.
You manage and support branding and design projects while building strong client relationships. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, you keep things running smoothly and on time. A team player and people person, you thrive in collaboration and are eager to grow in branding and design.
In this role, you'll coordinate multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication, efficient execution, and outstanding service. Working with Client Directors, Project Managers, and project teams, you'll also oversee productions and implementations, keeping everything on track from concept to delivery.
Your responsibilities
- Support Client Directors in coordinating and managing projects, ensuring they run on time and within scope.
- Oversee and coordinate productions and implementations.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, keeping projects organized, correctly resourced, and on track.
- Assist in gathering project requirements, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
- Manage small-scale projects independently.
- Track project budgets and timelines, proactively flagging risks or challenges.
Additional things we like
- Previous work experience in creative, design, or marketing agencies.
- A strong appreciation for branding, design, and storytelling.
- Experience in scoping, planning, and resourcing projects.
- Familiarity with resourcing planning tools and Figma is a bonus.
