BOND helped Dubai Holding to create and launch its first-of-its-kind loyalty program, offering members effortless, instant rewards in the UAE across leading destinations, attractions and much-loved brands.
The programme offers a comprehensive rewards experience across a range of restaurants, fashion stores, attractions, cinemas, theme parks, grocery outlets, online purchases and many more.
One of the key deliverables was to develop a name that represented the offering but also had a subtle connection to Dubai Holding - we achieved that with the name Tickit which had the Dubai Holding ‘tick’ embedded in it.



Simply joyful imagery — To signal the enjoyment that Tickit opens up in the world, the BOND created a joyful image style, that worked across all our defined key audiences: young adults, Emirati families and Western families. BOND then managed the photoshoot to create the initial image library that is used across all brand communications.

A comprehensive brand roll-out across a wide portfolio — Making use of the assets within Dubai Holding, we worked with their media team to launch the brand across their destinations.
