Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager with solid agency experience to join our Dubai studio and deliver marketing, creative production and brand roll-out projects.

This is an opportunity to work with leading brands as part of a growing international brand agency, managing creative production, campaigns and brand roll-outs across digital, print and other brand applications, from brief through final delivery.

This is a hands-on project management role for someone who understands the pace of agency life, knows how to get creative work produced, and can keep teams, budgets, schedules and deliverables moving. Experience working with real estate brands and projects is a key requirement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience within an advertising marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong experience delivering creative production projects, including digital, print and OOH campaigns, guidelines, and other brand applications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Experience developing project scopes, timelines, budgets, resource plans and cost estimates.
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams and liaising with external production partners.
• Experience working with real estate clients or projects is a key requirement
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and culture, combined with hands-on experience managing production in the UAE.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong ownership, attention to detail and confidence working with clients and creative teams.

What you'll do

• Own production and roll-out projects from kick-off to final delivery, making sure scope, responsibilities, timelines and deliverables are clear from the start.
• Build and manage project schedules, budgets and resources, keeping multiple workstreams and high-volume deliverables moving.
• Coordinate creative teams, clients and production partners, managing feedback, approvals, dependencies and handovers throughout the project.
• Manage external suppliers and production partners, from briefing and estimating to overseeing quality, costs and final delivery.
• Keep a close eye on scope, identifying changes early and managing and communicating their impact on timelines, resources and budgets.
• Ensure assets and deliverables are complete, accurate and ready for client delivery or final production.
• Work with Client Directors on project scoping, proposals and larger or more complex client assignments.
• Act as the day-to-day client contact on production projects, keeping communication clear, expectations aligned and decisions moving.
