Norrin sat at the edge of a major shift. Their AI capability was strong and their contrarian belief was clear: the best solutions are co-created with clients.


But the story was locked inside the technology and three different companies, making it difficult for the market to see what made them different. We worked with Norrin to superposition their strategy into a brand people internally and externally could understand, adopt and champion as a culture.

Across our long partnership with Outokumpu, we helped  the company evolve from stainless steel manufacturer to a material innovator as a technology company with a brand philosophy called “Evolve”.

Through product branding for the most sustainable stainless steel of the market, Outokumpu Circle Green® and brand continuous cross-media storytelling “The World As Our Showroom” of unfolding the evolvement of familiar icons worldwide with stainless steel , we turned a contrarian idea into a shared narrative that united teams, shifted market perception and formed the backbone of their new strategy.

Aleph Farms is redefining meat. Their cultivated steaks are grown from the cells of Lucy, an Angus cow living comfortably in California.

To introduce this breakthrough to the world, they needed two connected but distinct brands: Aleph Farms, driving the mission, and Aleph Cuts, their first product line.

Our strategy & creative team helped them tell both stories with the right tone, voice and visual expression for each audience.

Anchored in the urgency of time, expressed through the shared symbol of the hourglass, the brand communicates clarity, credibility and the belief that every hour counts when facing climate change.
